The Big Picture

A new video board will be installed in Scott Stadium in time for the 2009 football season. CBS Collegiate Sports Properties will cover the $2.4 million price tag for the new board, which will have three times the square footage of the existing screen, while providing higher-resolution images. The current screen is 21 by 28 feet; the new screen will be 32 by 57 feet (the orange box superimposed on the above photo provides a sense of scale).
