Charles Chopin (Engr ’93 L/M) of Barrington, R.I., died Sept. 7, 2011. He was a software engineer. He was also an Eagle Scout, a Waterfire Providence boat captain and an active member of the Sea Scouts, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Smithfield Sportsman Club and the Knights of Columbus. He was a participant in the Save the Bay Swim, Pan Mass Challenge and the Marion-Bermuda Sailing Race in 2001 and 2003. Survivors include his brother, Adrien Chopin (Engr ’02).

Ann Caldwell Wells (Educ ’98) of Lynchburg, Va., died Aug. 18, 2011. Ms. Wells was a teacher and administrator for the Campbell County School District for more than 30 years. Survivors include a son, David B. Wells (Com ’93 L/M).
