Edwin C. Stone Jr. (Engr ’94 L/M) of Richmond, Va., died Jan. 14, 2013. At the University, he was a member of Chi Phi fraternity. Mr. Stone began his career with Capital One in Richmond and later graduated from Leadership Metro Richmond’s Class of 2005. He also pursued renovation of historic properties in Richmond, earning an award for the renovation of a North Church Hill property. Mr. Stone was actively involved with fund raising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through Team In Training for more than 20 years. Survivors include his wife, Leslie Hudson Stone (Col ’92, Nurs ’04 L/M); his father, Edwin C. Stone Sr. (Law ’64); his mother; and two sisters.
