Ghosts and Goblins

More than 1,000 local children descend upon the Lawn for an annual Halloween tradition. Although some area merchants and organizations chip in, Lawn residents typically spend up to $300 on candy to satisfy the onslaught of pint-sized trick-or-treaters.
