Mr. Wolfe, this photograph of Monticello was taken by myself, and I took it on modern chromogenic film a few years ago with a horseman VH. I still have the negatives. The guards at Monticello wouldn’t let me take a tripod up, so I took off a shoe and balanced my camera on that, on the ground.

I have collected a sizable number of very old photographs
of “The University”. I am now in retirement. No, I am trying to get out of the retirement situation. Is there any interest in very old photgraphs? I have a money making idea for these photographs, and I am willing to share in the proceeds. Do you know anybody, who would be interested in a joint venture. Public, private, or quasi financial would be acceptable.
..........respectfully:......dean w wolfe.
p.s. My intial direction would be a non profit organization, for S.I.D.S. sudden infant death syndrome.
I have a personal interest in this strange condition.
