Mr. Harrison is president of the Free Congress Research and Education Foundation, Inc., and is a Washington, D.C., and Virginia layer, with an office in Alexandria, Va. His commentary, Notable News Now, is posted on freecongress.org and is e-mailed to 6,800 people. Mr. Harrison and his wife reside in Arlington, Va., with a second home in Scottsdale, Ariz.
