Carl Hensley (Com ’50 L/M) was appointed to the City of Staunton Board of Zoning Appeals by the 25th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. Mr. Hensley is a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and served on the Student Union for four years while at the University.
